HRP 2020 PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES

Effective May 23, 2020

We want to be sure you feel safe as our community starts moving again.  As per the Governor’s State Proclamation 20-25, following are procedures for this weekends’ participant-only on track activities. 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Drivers and Crew must pre-register online and pay by debit or credit card.

PIT ENTRANCE PROCEDURES

Please remain in your vehicle until instructed to pull forward.

Evergreen Speedway Staff will be attired in proper PPE to check you in.

Forehead thermometers will be in use.  If you have not registered PLEASE remain outside the gate until you have registered and PAID.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH.

HEALTH and HYGIENE

If you show ANY signs of COVID-19 PLEASE STAY HOME

Fever, muscle pain, cough, headache, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, chills, shortness of breath are the common symptoms. 

PLEASE BE ORGANIZED AND FOLLOW TRACK GUIDELINES

-Bring your own MASK and HAND SANITIZERS

-Travel in the same vehicle with family members

-Bring DISENFECTANTS to clean your equipment

-Stay in the area nearest your hauler or trailer

-Do not bring any alcohol or glass in your coolers

-Remain home if you have any underlying Health Conditions, especially if you are over the age of 65

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Do NOT move the Pit Stall Social Distancing Cones

Maintain the minimum 6-foot social distancing with your crew members. 

Please, NO group gatherings.

PIT MEETINGS

Tune your radio to 102.1 FM, and remain in your pit area.
