2024 Rookie of the Year Registration
Welcome to 2024 Rookie of the Year Registration page. To be eligible for Rookie of the Year status, you must have competed in 5 or fewer races in the same or similar division previously. Competing in 5 Late Model races would make you ineligible for Street Stock Rookie status. NASCAR Late Model Rookies are judged by NASCAR rules and must not have held a Full Feature Division License to be eligible for the Washington State NASCAR ROY award.
